Personal: Mr. Nichols joined the firm in November 2004 and has been practicing since November 2001. He received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center and obtained an English degree from Rice University. His primary emphasis at the firm is in healthcare litigation, but his background includes products liability in construction law and commercial arbitration. He and his wife, Rebecca, bought a fixer-upper home in Alamo Heights. When he's not working at the office or home, Mr. Nichols likes playing tennis.
