Personal: Mr. Ralls has been practicing law in San Antonio since 1979. He is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He practices primarily in the area of personal injury law, but has been fortunate to defend police officers in a number of high profile civil rights/excessive force trials in the San Antonio area. Mark has also practiced in the area of Title IX law, having successfully represented the Lago Vista Independent School District before the United States Supreme Court in the 1998 case of Gebser v. Lago Vista Independent School District. Mark's real passion is his kids, and in his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife, Rosie, his daughter and three sons, and playing golf.
