Personal: Mr. Cowen has been practicing law since 1988. He practices primarily in the area of personal injury law. He has a MBA in addition to his law degree. He is a former member of the State Bar of Texas Journal Committee. He is active with the local San Antonio Bar Association. He is a former member of the Hollywood Park, Texas City Council. He has two very active children. He enjoys attending his children's school activities. In his free time, he enjoys hiking and jogging.
