Practice Areas: Health care, personal injury, and commercial litigation. Represents a wide variety of individual and corporate clients in State and Federal Courts throughout Texas. Clients have included numerous nursing home and hospital owners and operators, product manufacturers, lenders, and retailers, in lawsuits involving personal injury, business, construction, class action, and employment disputes.

Personal: Steve is a partner in the San Antonio office. Steve enjoys running and hiking, and is actively involved in his church youth program. He serves on the Board of Directors for Outreach International and has been Chair of Field Operations since 2008. Outreach International works in developing countries around the world, enabling thousands of people to overcome the effects of poverty. Outreach's approach to poverty-related issues is to facilitate communities and allow people to ultimately help themselves in sustainable ways (www.outreach-international.org). Steve is also a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children through CASA of San Antonio (www.casa-satx.org). He is an active member of Toastmasters International (Area Governor, 2010), and Rotary Club of San Antonio (Chair, World Community Service 2010). He also serves as a small group leader, teacher, mentor, and sponsor for church youth and school activities.
