Personal: Mr. Goetz and his wife, Christine, are life-long Texans with ancestries involved in the settlement of Texas in the early 19th century. Mr. Goetz enjoys spending his spare time with Christine and their sons, Andrew and Christopher, doing water sports such as kite-boarding, surfing, and fishing.
