Personal: Mr. Hoblit has been a practicing attorney in Corpus Christi for 25 years. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law. He is listed in the 2009 and 2010 editions of Texas Super Lawyers. Mr. Hoblit uses his business background to represent large and small businesses in commercial litigation. His primary focus is in oil and gas litigation and large commercial disputes. He has tried approximately 60 cases to jury verdict. He has tried cases in many state district courts and numerous federal courts, including the United States Tax Court. He has also successfully argued cases before many Texas Courts of Appeal and the Texas Supreme Court.
